About Paws United

A grassroots community of dog owners dedicated to responsible ownership, clean shared spaces, and happier lives for our four-legged family members.

Our Mission

Paws United was founded by a group of everyday dog owners who were tired of dirty parks, unclear rules, and the lack of a supportive network. We believe that responsible dog ownership benefits everyone — dogs, owners, and the wider community.

We focus on education, practical support, and positive advocacy. Whether it's teaching new owners how to handle walks properly, organizing clean-up days, or speaking up for more dog-friendly spaces, we are stronger together.

Our Core Values

Responsibility

We take ownership of our dogs' impact on the world — from waste disposal to noise and behavior in public spaces.

Compassion

Every dog deserves kindness, proper care, and a chance at a good life. We support rescue and rehoming efforts.

Community

No owner should feel isolated. We create spaces to share knowledge, celebrate wins, and help each other through challenges.

Environment

Clean parks, healthy waterways, and protected wildlife start with every bag we pick up and every trail we respect.

Fairness

We advocate for balanced policies that protect public spaces while giving dogs and their owners the access they need.

Lifelong Learning

Training, health, and behavior knowledge evolve. We stay curious and share reliable, up-to-date information.

What We Do

Practical actions that make a real difference for dogs and neighborhoods.

2

Community Events

Pack walks, clean-up days, workshops, and social meetups. We make it easy and fun to connect with like-minded owners.

3

Advocacy

We engage with local councils and park authorities to improve facilities, add more waste stations, and protect access to green spaces.

4

Mutual Support

Member directory (opt-in), lost & found alerts, recommendations for vets and trainers, and a friendly space to ask questions.
